1.4 Measurement Workflow
Before using the device, be sure to review the "Usage
Notes" (p. 5) and operating procedures.

Preparation for Measurements
Connecting the device to the power supply. (p. 35)

Verify that the PS-54 or PS-52 is turned off and connect the
power cord to the AC electrical outlet.
2 Lock the device's sensor head.

Connect the power plug of the device to the PS-54 or the

Turn the PS-54 or the PS-52 power switch on.

Wait at least 30 minutes after turning on the device.
