The vehicle is lowered again in the following sit‐
uations:
When driving faster than 80 km/h.
R
When driving between 60 km/h and
R
80 km/h for approximately three minutes.
After changing a drive program using the
R
DYNAMIC SELECT switch.
The vehicle is adjusted to the height of the last
active drive program.
Lowering the vehicle
Press button 1.

adjusted to the height of the active drive pro‐
gram.
Operation with a trailer or bicycle rack
If the electrical connection has been correctly
established to the trailer or bicycle rack:
Up to approximately 30 km/h: the high level

can be selected regardless of the drive pro‐
gram.
From approx. 30 km/h: the vehicle is adjus‐
R
ted to normal level, regardless of drive pro‐
gram.
Reversing camera
Function of the reversing camera
If you have activated the function in the multime‐
dia system (
page 224), the image from the
/
reversing camera is shown in the media display
when the reverse gear is engaged. Dynamic
guide lines show the path the vehicle will take
with the current steering angle. This helps you to
orient yourself and to avoid obstacles when
reversing.
The reversing camera is only an aid. It is not a
substitute for your attention to the surroundings.
The responsibility for safe manoeuvring and
parking remains with you. Make sure that there
are no persons, animals or objects etc., in the
manoeuvring area while manoeuvring and park‐
ing.

The guide lines in the media display show the
distances to your vehicle. The distances dis‐
played only apply to road level.
Depending on the vehicle equipment, you can
select from the following views:
Normal view
R
Wide-angle view
R
Trailer view
R
The area behind the vehicle is displayed as a
mirror image, as in the inside rearview mirror.
