Use this screen to configure Switch port settings. Click

Chapter 19 Configuration: Port
Configuration > Port > Port
DESC RIPT IO N
Displays the port index number.
Displays a descriptive name that identifies this port. The length of the name can be up to 32
alpha-numerical characters.
Note: Due to space limitations, the port name may be truncated in some Web Configurator
screens.
Displays the port status as enabled or disabled.
Displays the link status as up or down.
Displays the speed of the Ethernet connection on this port. The choices are

Displays the duplex mode of the Ethernet connection on this port. The choices are
.
ha lf
Displays the flow control state as enabled or disabled. A concentration of traffic on a port
decreases port bandwidth and overflows buffer memory causing packet discards and frame
losses. Flow Control is used to regulate transmission of signals to match the bandwidth of the
receiving port.
Select this check box to configure the properties of a port. Click the
properties of the port.
