CONTROLLER OPERATION
The electronic controller is located at the lower, righthand front of the case . The controller comes
factory set, and is ready for use . The cases have predetermined factory temperature settings .
Activate manual defrost by pressing and holding for 5 seconds . The factory setting is -15° F to
hold ice cream temperatures .
The case setpoint has been factory set, but the clock will need to be set to the local time . The case
is set to defrost at 11:00 pm . The lights are set to come on at 6:00 am and turn off at 10 pm .
Key
Press down for more than 3 seconds, access the "F" parameters (frequent) or the menu to define
the password or access the "C" (settings) parameters menu; If there is an active alarm, silence the
alarm .
PRG/MUTE
Press down for more than 3 seconds to turn OFF the control panel; Press down for more than 1
second to turn ON the control panel; Upon defining parameters, increase the amount exhibited or
switch over to the next parameter .
ON-OFF/UP
Press down for more than 1 second to activate/deactivate the auxiliary output (lighting); Upon defi-
ning parameters, decrease the amount exhibited or switch over to the previous parameter .
AUX/DOWN
Press down for more than 1 second to view and/or allow the user to define the set point; Press down
for more than 5 seconds to initiate manual defrosting .
