CASE PROBLEM / RESOLUTION GUIDE
Use the following as a checklist for discovering and correcting problems with the operation of this case.
☐ Check if there is an electric current .
☐ Check if the plug is properly inserted in the source outlet and if the voltage and frequency are
appropriate for operation .
Unsatisfactory case temperature:
☐ Check that the unit has been running long enough to have reached desired temperature .
☐ Check that the appliance is not near an air current or a heat source .
☐ Check that the lids are closing properly .
☐ Check the temperature regulation .
☐ Check that the products stocked in the case do not exceed the indicated load limit .
☐ Check if the room and defrosting probe thermostats are turned on correctly .
☐ Check that the condenser fan and the condenser is operating and are unobstructed .
Very noisy equipment
☐ Check that the appliance is placed on an even surface .
☐ Check that vents are unobstructed .
☐ Check if the screws and nuts are perfectly secure .
☐ Check if the cooling fan has any problems or does not operate properly .
☐ Check if the compressor has any problems or does not operate properly .
☐ Check if any of the condenser's support parts are loose or broken .
LED lighting does not operate:
☐ Check if lighting has power .
☐ Check if lighting was turned off by timer (Care Control Panel) .
