LOAD LIMITS
Each merchandiser has a load limit decal
around the perimeter of the interior . Make
sure product is loaded below limit so that
refrigeration performance and storage
temperature is not disrupted . Shelf life of
perishables will be short if load limit is violated .

STOCKING
Product should NOT be placed inside the case
until case is at proper operating temperature .
Allow merchandiser 24 hours to operate before
loading product. Verify case pulls down to
setpoint temperature.

These cases come with lids . The lids are
necessary for the case to operate properly and
keep the correct temperature . They should
only be opened to place and remove products .
They must be closed immediately afterwards .
Use gloves to protect the hands when loading
frozen products . Proper rotation of product
during stocking is necessary to prevent product
loss . Always bring the oldest product to the
top and set the newest to the bottom .
The wall and floor racks should always be
installed in the case . The racks must be used
to prevent products from touching the edges
of the case thawing when the case is in defrost
mode .
