CLEANING GLASS LIDS

Cleaning with cloth with abrasive microfibers
and all types of coarse sponges is prohibited .
Make sure that large quantities of water are
not applied on the glass surfaces to be cleaned
and that the surfaces are thoroughly dry
afterward .
The inner part of the lids can only be cleaned with
a soft cotton cloth soaked with a solution: of 90%
distilled water and 10% isopropyl alcohol. Cleaning
products can destroy the covering. The outer parts of
the lids can be cleaned with normal cleaning products.
CLEANING THE DEFROST CHANNEL
Drench a piece of cloth with a non-reactive
cleaning product to cleanse the defrost channel .
A paint brush is recommended to clean the
defrost channel corners .

CONDENSATE PAN CLEANING

Remove the condensate pan as shown in the
photos below .

After cleaning, reinstall the condensate pan .
Do not use abrasive materials or mops as they
will definitively damage the merchandiser's
surface . Do not remove fixed parts for
cleaning . If necessary, they must be cleaned
by qualified personnel . If any component is
damaged, it must be replaced by an individual
qualified for this task .
