During defrost, the defrost solenoid valve is energized and held open allowing the gas to be redirected
through the evaporator. Also the defrost condensate shown in the picture is energized. Defrost is temperture
terminated with a failsafe that is 45 minutes. Normally only 1 defrost per day is required.
