Access Control Board Assembly; Control And Power Board Removal - Viking RDSCE2305B Service Manual

To avoid risk of electrical shock, personal injury, or death, disconnect electrical power source to unit, unless test
procedures require power to be connected. Discharge capacitor through a resistor before attempting to service.
Ensure all ground wires are connected before certifying unit as repaired and/or operational.

Access Control Board Assembly

The Control board is located below the oven
cavity. Access is required in order to perform
many troubleshooting procedures.
1. Remove screws and lift kick plate from
keyhole screws.
2. Remove keyhole screws and lower access
grill from range.
3. Remove screws and slide control panel
assembly from range.
Note: During installation, make sure the tabs on the
control panel are aligned with the slots on the
range.
4. Reverse procedure for installation.

Control and Power Board Removal

The Control Board and the Power Board are
located below the oven cavity.
1. Access Control Board (see Access Control
Board Assembly).
2. Mark and disconnect all connectors from
control board, power board, and capacitors.
3. Place control board panel assembly on
suitable work surface.
4. Remove screws and control board from
lower mounting plate.
5. Reverse procedure for installation.
