1. Remove the top casing panel.
2. Loosen all 4 nuts
and swivel bolts with nuts to

the side.
Note
The nuts do not have to be removed.

Checking the heat exchanger cleaning

Removing the casing
Danger
Touching live components can result in life
threatening injuries. After switching off the
ON/OFF switch on the control unit, there are still
live components inside the control unit enclo-
sure.
Isolate the system from the power supply, e.g.
by removing the separate fuse or by means of
a mains isolator, and check that it is no longer
live.
Safeguard the system against reconnection.

3. Lift off maintenance cover
Note
The maintenance cover can be set down on the
top casing panel.
4. Clean the flue gas collector chamber.
Danger
Risk of crushing or entanglement due to rotating
and moving parts.
Do not reach in through the maintenance cov-
ers.
