OPERATING OF THE CONTROL:
- Correct grinding is controlled by measuring the coffee brewing time.
- At every delivery the electronics checks that the brewing time is within the optimal range: i.e.
optimal brewing time ± 20%.
After 5 consecutive incorrect deliveries, if the a.m. function is enabled, the alarm "GRINDING
CHECK" appears on the display.
Alarm will disappear automatically after a right coffee delivery (brewing time within the optimal
range).
HOW SET THE OPTIMAL DELIVERY TIME:
1) Fill the filter holder with the ground coffee quantity you wish, at the size you prefer.
2) Enter the programming mode (see chapter "BEVERAGES DOSES PROGRAMMING") and push selection key "1
espresso"
3) Stop brewing when you reach the desired quantity in the cup.
4) The machine stores automatically this brewing time as the optimal time.
5) If the brewing time (i.e. stored as optimal time) is now 20 sec., optimal range will be 16 ÷ 24
sec.
6) Repeat the operation for the other selections
WARNING: Never program the machine without ground coffee in the filter holder.
6.A.7. TIME OF WASHING:
• Press MODE • The display shows default programming: "Milk cleaning"
for to set up the time of washing
• Press "+" and "-" to increase/decrease the value, press ENTER key to confirm.
6.A.8. MILK CLEAN DELAY:
With this menu is possible to program the time that elapses between the last use of Hyperwand and
the display of "PUSH STEAM BUTTON" alarm.
• After the previously menu press MODE. The display shows the default setting: "Milk Clean Delay
XXX min"
• Press "+" and "-" to increase/decrease the value, press ENTER key to confirm.
6.A.9. AUTOSTEAMER TEMPERATURE:
To program the milk temperature.
• After the previously menu press MODE. The display shows the default setting: " Autosteamer Temp
XXX°C "
• Press "+" and "-" to increase/decrease the value, press ENTER key to confirm.
6.A.10. CONTINUOUS KEY:
Continuous delivery key can be enabled or disabled: in the default programming it is enabled.
• Press MODE • The display shows default programming: " Continuous ON " that can be modified (OFF)
with ENTER.
WARNING: If "Continuous" is OFF, all the continuous delivery keys of all key pads, are blocked.
• Press mode to go out of programming MODE.
6.A.11. PASSWORD:
• The display shows: "Write Password"
• Don't change the data and press ENTER key to continue.
