Importing cooking programs
When importing, new cooking programs are added to the cookbook.
NOTICE
Existing cooking programs can be overwritten or the file names of the
imported cooking programs can have a supplement added.
➢ USB flash drive inserted
➢ Automatic cooking menu open.
a) Tap the "autoChef" button in the information bar.

Pausing and finishing use
a) Switch off the unit during pauses and when finished using it.

➢ GN containers, baking sheets and grates removed from the cooking
zone
➢ No food to be cooked in the cooking zone
a) Operate the hand shower for 1 minute.
b) Run the unit in the Steaming mode for 7 minutes at 100°C (212°F).

a) Operate the hand shower for 5 minutes.
b) Run the unit in the Steaming mode for 1 hour at 100°C (212°F).
