Access to the TUI

Guests and staff use the TUI to order AWU, DND, and staff services. To access the TUI, use
any Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency (DTMF) telephone in the telephone system. The TUI provides
a simple DTMF menu-driven system for ordering AWU, DND, and staff services.
For TUI access, the administrator must designate access DNs in both the BUI and the system
software.
