LD 15: Define DND call treatment for the system

A treatment must be defined for calls to a DN that has Do Not Disturb (DND) active. The system
can return a busy tone (BST) to the caller, or the caller can be transferred to either an Attendant
(ATT) or a designated Recorded Announcement (RAN) route. To define DND call treatment
for the system, access LD 15 from the system terminal, and enter the appropriate responses
to the prompts.
