REMEDY
The front cover is open.
Close the front cover.
The erasing lamp is broken.
Contact your Service representative.
Align the cassette to be inserted to the left side.
The cassette has been inserted abnormally.
Push the "eject" switch to remove the cassette.
Push the "eject" button to remove the cassette.
Ensure that registration of the cassette has been
completed beforehand, then insert the cassette.
The cassette is not registered in the console.
Register the cassette in the console.
Invalid exam tag is registered for the cassette inserted.
Register a correct exam tag, and reinsert the cassette.
The ejection slot shutter is open. Resolve the cause
and close the shutter.
Align the cassette to be inserted to the left side.
Remove the cassette from the cassette stacker.
