aligned to the left side of the
cassette insertion slot.

Depress the "erase" button while the
message "ERASE MODE 1" is displayed
on the LCD panel.
• The message "ERASE MODE 2" together
with a counter "■ ■ ■ • • • SLOW" will
appear on the LCD panel.
• If the "erase" button is depressed again, the
message "READY" will appear on the LCD
panel, and the erase mode shut downed,
indicating that the REGIUS MODEL 190 is
ready to read cassettes.

The cassette targeted for image erasure
should be inserted into the cassette
insertion slot before the counter
"■ ■ ■ • • • " on the LCD display panel
decrements to zero.
• The cassette will be erased. While erasing,
the counter "■ ■ ■ • • • " will flash.
• After the READY lamp (blue) extinguishes
and the cassette is fully transported into the
REGIUS MODEL 190, the READY lamp
(blue) will illuminate again.
• The next cassette to be inserted can be
stacked in the cassette insertion slot .

The cassette after image erasure will be
ejected to the cassette stacker which
holds a maximum of four cassettes.
• The cassette ejection lamp (orange) flashes
a few second before the cassette is ejected;
it will extinguish when the cassette is
ejected completely.
• The cassette ejected into the cassette
stacker can be used again.

When the erasing is completed, the
counter "■ ■ ■ • • • " starts to decrement.
When it decrements to zero, "READY" will
be displayed indicating that the REGIUS
MODEL 190 is ready to read cassettes.
• The "erase" lamp will extinguish.
