• Check t he label form at for charact er placem ent out side t he
dim ensions of t he label; all row/ colum n values m ust allow
enough space for t he height / lengt h of t he charact ers and
bar codes t o be print ed wit hin t he form at size.
• The available m em ory m ay have been exceeded by t he
m em ory requirem ent of t he label form at . Try reducing t he
m em ory allocat ed t o eit her t he int ernal m odule or
scaleable font caches ( non- display print ers, see Sect ion
3.4; display- equipped print ers, see Sect ion 4.5.)
• I f using serial com m unicat ions, ensure t hat t he int erface
cable m eet s t he requirem ent s found in Sect ion 2.1.

Check your soft ware program label size. For display-
equipped print ers also check t he values in t he m enu for Print
Cont rol / Colum n Offset and Print Cont rol / Cust om

• Verify t hat t he AC power cord connect ion has been m ade
at bot h t he out let and t he print er; also, ensure t he power
swit ch is 'On'.
• Verify t hat t he AC out let is funct ioning, or t ry m oving t he
print er t o anot her AC circuit .
• The AC cord m ay be dam aged; r eplace it .

The line fuse m ay be blown; call for service.
