Get the latest Device Descriptor (DD)
The Device Descriptor (DD) is a configuration tool that is developed to assist the user
through the configuration.
Prerequisites
The Rosemount 3308 Series DD is typically installed together with AMS Wireless
Configurator. To download the latest HART
at: Emerson.com/DeviceInstallKits
Procedure
After downloading, add the DD to AMS Wireless Configurator.
a) Close AMS Wireless Configurator.
b) Go to Start → Programs → AMS Device Manager and select Add Device Type.
