This equipment stays pressurized until pressure
is manually relieved. To help prevent serious
injury from pressurized fluid, such as skin injection,
splashing fluid, and moving parts, follow the

and before cleaning, checking, or servicing the
equipment.
1. Release the gun trigger and turn off electrostatics
by turning the ES ON/OFF valve on the back of
the handle to the OFF position.
2. Engage the trigger lock.

4. Push the Stop button
interface to change to Off mode. See
Control Interface, page
5. Turn off the air supply and fluid supply to the
system.
6. Disengage the trigger lock.
7. Trigger the gun into a grounded metal waste
container to relieve the fluid pressure in the gun,
the gun fluid hose, and the fluid pump in the
isolation system.
8. Relieve fluid pressure in the fluid supply unit as
instructed in your fluid supply unit manual.
