The CTP1012 platform is a 1-U high, full-rack wide chassis designed for tabletop or shelf
installation. It can also be installed in a rack with the supplied rack-mounting kit. The
CTP1012 device does not have any removable interface modules, but does use a removable
Type II CompactFlash card and is available in an AC-powered version. It has multiple
cooling fans, and airflow is front to back. See

The front panel comprises the following components (see
Power LED—Green when power is connected and the power switch is set to the ON
position.
HDD LED—Red when the flash card is in use.
Front power switch—Set to
pressed for four or more seconds.
Removable flash card—The device must be powered off when you insert or remove
the flash card.
USB ports.
The rear panel comprises the following components (See
Power supply—Uses a standard IEC power cord.
Ethernet connection—Provides the 100-Mbps Ethernet connection to the IP network
by means of a local Ethernet switch or router.
