Print the 480cx User Guide
Default Settings
The default print resolution and contrast can be set to their most frequently
used modes. Whenever a document is sent or copied, the home contrast and
resolution mode will be activated unless otherwise changed by using the
Resolution or Contrast button on the control panel.

Press the Menu button, then press the System Setup button on the one-
touch keypad. The display indicates RINGER VOLUME ?.

Press the Up or Down button until DEFAULT SETTING ? appears.

Press the Start/Enter button. The display prompts you to choose
Resolution or Contrast.

Press 1. or press the Start/Enter button to enter the Default Resolution
set up menu. You may also use the Up and Down buttons to select
1. RESOLUTION.
DEF. RESOLUTION
The current Default Resolution is displayed.
