• Help: A button that displays the details of the error (the number displayed on
the button is the internal error code. Have this number at hand if it becomes
necessary to contact Sony Support)
Hardware log
Displays errors that have occurred with the hardware. The priority level is
"High" for all errors displayed here, with the exception of messages regarding
an intentional reboot by the user.
The displayed informations are as follows.
• Date : The date that the error occurred
• Host : The host in which the error occurred (for the cache server, the IP
address is shown instead)
• Message: A description of the conditions under which the error occurred
Displaying error details
Clicking a button marked with an error number in the [Help] column displays
the details of the error.
Countermeasure against error will be taken by your dealer.
Command buttons
You can use the following commands from the [Alert Messages] screen.
Command button Function
All Select Selects all check boxes.
All Clear Clears all check boxes.
Delete Deletes items with selected check boxes.
Refresh Refreshes the information on the screen.
