The Fluid Temperature Sensor (FTS) is supplied.
Install FTS between main hose and whip hose (see
your heated hose manual).

NOTICE NOTICE NOTICE
To avoid damage to the hose, only connect Reactor
2 proportioners to genuine Graco heated hoses.
Refer to your heated hose manual for detailed
connection instructions.
1. Turn off main power switch (MP).
2. Remove cover (CV).

3. For proportioners with electrical splice connectors
(S):
a. Connect hose power wires to electrical splice
connectors (S) from proportioner. Wrap
connectors with electrical tape.
4. Route heated hose wires (HW) through strain
relief (SR) and install wires into the open screw
terminals on the terminal block (TB). Torque to
35 in-lb (3.95 N•m).
5. Reinstall cover (CV).
