Memory bank on the transponder:
0x00 = RESERVED
0x01 = EPC
0x02 = TID
0x03 = USER
Physical start address on the transponder:
0 ... 0xFFFF
Number of bytes to be written
Password for transponder access:
0x00 = no password
Length of the EPC ID:
0x00 = not addressed
Buffer for up to 62 bytes EPC-ID
Data that exceeds 239 bytes is transferred in several blocks.
