Figure 186. System fan cage installation
Step 1.
Align both sides of the system fan cage with the corresponding mounting posts in the chassis.
Then, press the system fan cage straight down into the chassis.
Note: If there are system fans installed in the system fan cage, ensure that the system fans are
correctly connected to the system fan connectors on the system board.
Step 2.
Rotate the levers of the system fan cage to the front of the server to secure the system fan cage.
After you finish
1. If you have removed the system fans, reinstall them. See "Install a system fan" on page 384.
2. Complete the parts replacement. See "Complete the parts replacement" on page 397.
