Oil Flow Through the OQS System
The in-line fi lter, a line of defence for the sensor and the fi lter pump, (left) must be cleaned regu-
larly. A month's worth of debris is shown in a clogged fi lter (center, above). A clean fi lter is shown
right. Slow return of oil to the fry pot can often be traced to a clogged in-line fi lter.
