Removing the CPU

To remove the CPU, follow the steps below and refer to figures 4-49 and 4-53.
CAUTION: When you remove the CPU, wipe the grease off of the bottom of the heat
sink, bottom of the cooling fan and top of the CPU. Apply new grease.
1. Remove two M2.5×6 black screws and two M2.5×16 black screws securing the
metal plate.
2. Remove the metal plate.
