4.33 TFT FL (Model 14.1 Toshiba LTM14C501)

Removing the TFT FL (Model 14.1 Toshiba LTM14C501)

To remove the TFT FL (Model 14.1 Toshiba LTM14C501), follow the steps below and refer
to figures 4-113 to 4-117.
1. Carefully, turn the LCD module upside down on a flat surface. To avoid damaging
the surface of the LCD module, lay it on a protective, dust-free sheet such as a soft,
clean cloth.
2. Remove one strip of insulation tape (1) securing the FL cable.
3. Remove two strips of insulation tape (2) securing the FL frame.
4. Remove one strip of insulation tape (3) securing the X-PCB insulation sheet.
CAUTION: 1. Do not damage the TAB.
2. You will reuse the insulation sheet, so leave it adhered to the frame.
