Download Remote Viewer from the Ricoh homepage on the internet.
http://www.ricoh.co.jp/download/
1.
Click [RICOH Interactive Whiteboard Remote Viewer Type 1].
2.
Specify the language to use for the installation, and click [OK].
3.
When .NET Framework 4 is not installed in the PC, click [Installation].
When .NET Framework 4 has already been installed in the PC, [Installation] is not
displayed. Proceed to the next step.
4.
Click [Next].
5.
Select "I accept the terms of the Software License Agreement", and then click [Next].
If you do not agree with the software license agreement, the installation cannot be
continued.
6.
Select the folder for the installation, and click [Next].
7.
Click [Install].
8.
Click [Close].
Uninstalling the Remote Viewer.
The uninstallation methods may vary in the procedure by the kind of OS used, but the basic operation is
the same.
1.
Click [Start] on the desktop, and select [Uninstall a program] in [Control Panel.]
2.
Select the application, and then click [Uninstall/Change].
3.
Select [Uninstall], and then click [Next.]
4.
Click [Close].
