the license code is being used by

Cause
The same license code as the
sponsorship terminal is used.
• Timeout occurred at the
time of the start sharing a
whiteboard screen.
• An internal error
occurred during sharing
of a whiteboard screen.
• The network cable is not
connected or
disconnected.
• It is used at a place with
narrow network band or
bad radio wave state
(only Remote Viewer).
• An error occurs in the
sponsorship interactive
whiteboard.
The apparatus which
participated in the share
carried out communication
timeout.
There are a total of 90,000
strokes currently drawn on all
the pages.
Error messages
Solution
From the administrator set
menu, register another license
code, and connect again.
Save the created page, and
reboot the application.
• Check whether the
network cable is
connected and not
disconnected.
• Network bands and the
wireless radio wave state
(only Remote Viewer) are
checked.
• Network setting is
checked from the
administrator set menu
(setting of an IP address
and a default gateway is
indispensable).
Participate in the share again.
Delete the strokes in the page,
or delete the page.
