5. Troubleshooting

Error messages related to the system

"Failed to start the application."
"After closing the application,
select the Aero theme on Windows

Cause
Aero theme is not chosen for
the personal computer.
Reading of a configuration file
was failed at the time of
application starting.
At the time of application
starting, reading the setting
items in a configuration file
was failed.
Solution
Reboot the application after
choosing the Aero theme by
individual setting of Windows.
Acquire a log and setup
information (package
collection of a log and the
setup information can be
carried out from the
"Beginning of system log"
button of the administrator set
menu).
Attach the acquired log file,
and request for an analysis to
the technical support line.
