Removing an IOC or SPC
Before removing an IOC or SPC, make sure you have:
• A replacement card or blank panel
• An antistatic mat or electrostatic bag
• Rubber safety caps
• Attach an ESD grounding strap to your bare wrist, and connect the strap to one of the ESD
points on the chassis.
• To remove an SPC, make sure the SRX5800 is powered off.
