Performing the Initial Software Configuration

• The SRX5800 Services Gateway is shipped with the Junos Internet software preinstalled
and ready to be configured when the SRX5800 is powered on.
• There are three copies of the software:
• Nonrotating flash drive in the Routing Engine
• Rotating hard disk in the Routing Engine
• USB flash drive that can be inserted into the slot in the Routing Engine faceplate • USB flash drive that can be inserted into the slot in the Routing Engine faceplate
