Preparation
Stator core with spindle enclosure and spindle shaft with rotor core are mounted to form a
complete motor spindle.
Production equipment and other resources required
● Hoisting gear with suitable load suspension device
● Eyebolts
● Centering assembly fixture
● Assembly film (only for APM rotors)
● Personnel protective equipment

Acting magnetic forces
The higher magnetic forces present as a result of the permanent magnets in the rotor can
draw the spindle into the stator bore.
