It controls the state machine of the servo drive.
NOTE:
1. The bits in the control word together specify a certain control commad, and are useless if
set separately.
2. The meaning of bit0 to bit3 and bit7 keep the same in each control mode of the servo drive.
The servo drive switches to the present state according to the CIA402 state machine only
when the control words are sent in sequence. Each command indicates a state.
3. The meaning of bit4 to bit6 vary according to each control mode. For details, refer to the
control command in each control mode.
