Turning the Power On/Off

Turning the power on
Press the POWER ON (I) switch. A beep sounds, and the display changes in the fol-
lowing sequence: FURUNO display → model display → operation test display (see
section 8.11.2). Then the lamp above the switch changes as below. The last-used
mode is activated in approximately 140 seconds after turning the power on.
The transducer is not automatically retracted at start up. After applying the power con-
firm that the transducer is retracted. If the transducer is retracted the lamp above the
key is on steadily. If the power goes off by power failure, etc. use the
retract the transducer and then operate the system.
