4. Press START to start (or change) the recording or press
to be recorded (alternatively, enter the number on the numeric keypad).

5. Enter the desired message (max. 20 characters).

6. Press START to confirm the message set.
MESSAGE 3
Having recorded the message, the facsimile machine is automatically set for recording of the
next message.
7. Repeat the procedure from step 5 if you want to continue recording other messages or press
STOP twice to exit from the menu.
PRINTING MESSAGES
The following procedure explains how to print the recorded messages.
1. Perform steps 1 and 2 of the "Recording messages" section.

2. Press PRINT. The messages recorded will be printed.
3. Press STOP to exit from the menu.
