8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for all the other speed dialling codes or one-touch dialling numbers to
be added to program key 2 or move straight on to the next step.
9. Press START to continue to program the remaining parameters.

10. Press START to confirm immediate transmission and skip to step 14, or select the alternative
option "DELAYED TX" by pressing

11. Press START to confirm delayed transmission. The display shows the current time.

ENTER TIME: hh:mm
12. Enter the time at which the fax is to be sent by entering two digits for the hour and two more
digits for the minutes.
Example: 12:00

ENTER TIME: 12:00
13. Press START to confirm the time set. The facsimile machine prepares for programming of
the graphic definition parameters.

SELECT GRAPH. DEFINITION
14. Set the graphic definition parameters following the procedure indicated in the "Preparing the
document for transmission" section and press START to confirm.
15. Having set the parameters for program key 2, the facsimile machine is automatically set for
programming of the next program key.
Repeat the procedure from step 5 if you want to program the remaining keys or press STOP
to exit from the menu.
