Cautions
- For regulations on the electric equipment and power cable, please refer to the regulations of
government agencies responsible for setting technology standards and policies of power com-
panies.

WARNING
• Make sure to have a licensed electrician to do the electric construction work involving special
types of circuits in accordance with the general regulations and this Installation Manual.
The power supply circuit with inadequate capacity or errors can cause electric shock and/or fire.
- Install the communication, sensor signal and power cables separately on the outdoor units in
order for the communication and signal cables not to be affected by the electrical noise from
the power cable. (Do not put them through the same cable tube.)

- Make sure to ground the Control Kit.

WARNING
• Always ground the Control Kit. Do not connect the earth wires along with the gas/water pipes,
lightning rod or telephone earth wire. Improper earthing can cause electric shock.
- Do not connect the main power supply to the communication and signal cable terminal block. It
can damage the electric parts and sensors.
- Use a 2-line shield as the communication cable.
Connecting a single-line shielded cable to another system can result in poor reception and trans-
mission, which can lead to malfunction.
! WARNING
• Make sure to connect the power cable after installing the ring terminal. It can cause fire and/or
damage the electrical parts.
