1 Sewing machine motor error
Sewing machine motor doses not run or signal does not enter even
when it is running.
3 Looper thread trimming knife return error
When the looper thread trimming knife has not returned at the timre of
operation of the sewing machine or operation of looper thread trimming
4 Lengthwise direction stepping motor origin sensor error
When lengthwise direction origin sensor has not changed at the time
of origin retrieval
5 Crosswise direction stepping motor origin sensor error
When crosswise direction origin sensor has not changed at the time
of origin retrieval
6 Turning stepping motor origin sensor error
When turning origin sensor has not changed at the time of origin retrieval
7 Cloth cutting knife stepping motor origin sensor error
When cloth cutting knife origin sensor has not changed at the time of
origin retrieval
8 Air pressure lowering error
When air pressure is lowered
9 Head safety switch error
When the sewing machine is operated with machine head raised
10 Temporary stop switch
When temporary stop switch is pressed while the sewing machine is
operated
12 Needle UP error
When the needle bar is not in the upper position of the inside needle side
20 Presser type error
Data setting and presser type (thread trimming type) are different
from each other
21 Data setting range error
Outside of setting range error at the time of data setting
22 Data setting sewing length error
Sewing length is over the sewing possible area at the time of data setting.
23 Thread tension setting range error
Outside of setting range error at the time of thread tension setting
24 Data setting bartack duplication
Taper bar, straight bar and round bar are duplicated.
25 Setting range error of compensation of number of stitches at the end
of sewing at the time of data setting of straight bar
29 Cycle sewing pattern error
Pattern No. is not set in cycle sewing.
90 Presser type setting error
Setting of DIP-SW of presser type is wrong.
91 Backup memory error
When backup data such as pattern No. or the like has not been
stored in memory
92 Memory switch error
When data of memory switch has broken
93 Pattern data error
When pattern data has broken.
97 Defective feed error
When synchronization of the sewing machine and the feed is not obtained
98 Fan error
Error due to temperature detection inside the control box
99 EEPROM write-in error
Defective write-in at the time of memory switch or pattern data writing

Description
Turn OFF the power.
Remove the cause of error and press the RESET key.
Turn OFF the power.
Turn OFF the power.
Turn OFF the power.
Turn OFF the power.
Supply air and press the RESET key.
Return the machine head to its home position and
press the RESET key.
Press the RESET key.
Upper position detection by turning handwheel by hand
Perform pattern change/data change after pressing
the RESET key.

(Note 4) Change the thread tension after pressing the RESET
key.
