Whether starting by start switch only is possible is selected.
0 : Presser comes down by presser switch, the machine
is started by start switch
1 : Presser comes down by start switch and the machine
starts (Presser switch is operative as well.)
Data Nos. which are aassigned to Function F1 key are set.
