Replacing a power supply module

The following describes the procedure for replacing the power supply module.
1.
Check the system of the replacement target power supply module.
Check the CTRL LED and SBY LED of the redundant function module in the system of the replacement target module for the
following. The target module is in the standby system in this case.
• The CTRL LED is off and the SBY LED flashes on the redundant function module of the system of the replacement target
CPU module.
2.
Power off the standby system.
Power off the standby system. When the standby system is powered off, the BACKUP LED of the redundant function module
in the control system flashes. (The control system will wait for the start-up of the other system.)
3.
Replace the power supply module in the standby system.
Replace the power supply module in the standby system.
4.
Power on the standby system.
Check if wiring to the power supply module and the power supply voltage are correct, and power on the standby system.
When the standby system is powered on, the BACKUP LED of the redundant function module in the control system turns on.
(The control system will not wait for the start-up of the other system.)

Replacing a redundant power supply module

Select the standby system or control system and power off and replace the redundant power supply module in the system.
After that, power off and replace the module in the other system. Since the redundant power supply module that is not the
replacement target supplies power to the modules on the base unit, controls can be continuously performed during
replacement of the other redundant power supply module.
