Faulty 011 Pressure Gauge.
WARNING LAMP: Start engine. Check
that oil pressure warning lamp is OFF, then
stop engine

VENT TUBE: Check oil pressure
sensor air vent tube for blockage
or pinching.

(stop engine immediately).
• Clear air vent tube.
POWER TO METER: Measure voltage be-
tween SIISr

I terminals of meter white
20P coupler and G/SI 1-) terminal of
meter white 13P coupler.
• Faulty meter.
• Short cIrcuit In BI/Br or G/SI wire
between meter and sensor couplers.
POWER TO SENSOR: Disconnect yellow
waterproof 3P coupler of oil pressure
sensor; connect inspection adapter
between couplers. Tum ignition
ON. Measure voltage between G
(+

and R (-) leads of adapter.

MEASURE OIL PRESSURE: Remove oil
pressure switch (not the sensor) and con-
nect an oil pressure gauge. Start engine
and measure voltages between W (+) and
R (-) leads of inspection adapter at
pressures shown:
