Handlebar Replacement - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Removal
Remove the clutch lever and brake master cylinder from
the handlebar.
Remove the handlebar switch.
Release the handlebar cover by removing two screws.
Remove the two 6 mm locating bolts and four handlebar
mount bolts.
Remove the set plate and handlebar.
Installation
Install the handlebar in the reverse order of removal.
Torque:
Handlebar mount bolt (10 mm): 35 N.m (26 ft-Ib)
