6 COMPRESSOR
Makes the sound levels more
consistent.
7 LO-FI PROCESSOR
Produces a "lo-fi" sound.
8 GUITAR AMP SIM
Simulates a guitar amp
9 OVERDRIVE
Mildly distorts the sound.
10 PITCH SHIFTER
Changes the pitch.
11 FEEDBACK RIPPER
This effect periodically cuts the
sound and sends the cut por-
tion to a delay. You can create
new phrases by applying this
effect to a phrase (e.g., drum
phrase).
12 REVERSE
Adds a reversed copy to the
original sound.
13 TUMBLING
Adds a "rotating" delay sound.
Particularly effective when ap-
plied to drum sounds.
14 FLANGER
Produces a twisting modula-
tion effect reminiscent of a jet
aircraft taking off and landing.
15 STEP FLANGER
Varies the pitch of the flanger
sound in stepwise fashion. The
interval of the pitch change can
also be specified as a note value
relative to the specified tempo.
