Configuring Upper Count Limit
The Upper Count Limit can be set to a value between 1 and 4,294,967,295. By default, it is set to
the maximum possible count limit of +4,294,967,295.
With Circular Counters, the Counter automatically rolls over to 0 and continues counting, if the
Counter Value exceeds the Upper Count Limit. If the Counter Value goes below 0, the Counter rolls
over to the Upper Count Limit and continues counting.
