•
Install the upper bearing on the steer-
ing tube as shown in the figure, with the
conical part facing down.
•
After inserting, the bearing must slide
freely on the steering column till match-
ing with the steering bearing (of the
steering) conic in the frame.
•
Ensure the bearing mating in its seat,
using a teflon buffer from a suitable di-
ameter.
•
Fit the specific upper seal ring with the
lip placed upwards and the surface
with the words downwards.
•
Enter it on the column and place it on
the upper rim of the headstock.
•
Finish inserting, until the stop, with the
teflon buffer and rubber hammer.
