Press and hold the BS/C key to return to the SECURITY CONFIG menu.
It is not possible to read a written WEP key, and therefore the WEP key setting must always
- Point -
be stored in a safe location. When not setting a WEP key, the WEP key will be the same as
the previous setting.
If an attempt is made to save an incorrect encryption key, and error will
occur, and the screen on the right is displayed.
Reset with a correct encryption key.

Incorrect Encryption Key Examples

 The encryption key length is incorrect.
 Characters other than hexadecimal notation (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A,
B, C, D, E, F) are used.
Repeat the above procedure to set the required number of encryption keys
for WEP KEY 1 to 4.
Following that, set the transmit key.

Use the cursor keys ([▲] [▼]) or numerical key ([6]) to highlight [6:
TRANSMIT KEY], and then press the ENT key.
The screen on the right is displayed.

Use the cursor keys ([◄] [►]) to highlight the key number to be
used.
Select a key number for which an encryption key has been
- Point -
set.
11.
Press the ENT key or BS/C key to return to the SECURITY CONFIG
menu.
