Downgrading System Software
You can downgrade the software on your Pano system to an earlier version using any of the supported
software update methods.
Note: Before you downgrade the system software, Polycom recommends doing the following:

Check the version you are running. You can find it in the system web interface on the
Dashboard or General Settings > Software Update page.
▪
Make sure automatic updates are disabled on the General Settings > Software Update
page.
