LOUD (Loudness)
To activate this feature, push the "LOUD"
button. As long as "LOUD" appears on the
display, this feature is active. This feature
improves sound clarity at low volume by
emphasizing high-pitched and low-pitched
tones. This is done to compensate for the
human ear's natural tendency to concen-
trate on mid-range sound. To deactivate
this feature, push "LOUD" again.
MODE (Manual tone and sound balance
adjustment function)
Each time you push the "MODE" knob, the
mode changes. To adjust the tone and
balance, turn the knob.

play ranges from -5 to 5.
TRE: Adjusts high-pitched tones. The dis-
play ranges from -5 to 5.
